Historic charm blended with luxury

Waking up to the scent of freshly brewed coffee and a delightful breakfast spread was a perfect start to our day. The unique decor and warm service made us feel at home immediately.

While the historic architecture was breathtaking, the steep stairs could be challenging for guests with limited mobility. Additionally, the spa, although nicely designed, was quite small during peak hours.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kamares Historic Boutique Hotel & Spa. The unique decor gave each room a distinct charm, and the serenity of the location allowed for peaceful moments. Breakfast featured delightful local specialties, making every morning special.

My room was uncomfortably warm, and the only solution the staff provided was to open a window, which led directly to the busy courtyard. Despite being offered an upgrade with a fireplace, I found the heat to be excessive and the situation unresolved during my stay. Additionally, the lack of dark curtains made it difficult to sleep with the bright courtyard lights shining in well into the night.

The staff was extremely accommodating, especially with our young child during meal times. The decor transported us to a different era, creating a unique atmosphere. The breakfast options were impressive, featuring many local specialties that we enjoyed each morning. Overall, the hotel offered a quiet retreat in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore.

The bathroom setup lacked a convenient place to hang towels, which made it a bit awkward during our stay.

I recently stayed at this beautifully restored hotel and was truly impressed by the old-style decor which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spacious and came with a lovely balcony, along with an impressive log-burning stove that added to the charm. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a variety of local specialties that really showcased the region's flavors. One small downside was the lack of a proper place to hang towels in the bathroom, which could have been better organized.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room, and I loved how spacious and charming it was. The decor felt really unique, with antique furnishings and a cozy vibe. Waking up to the delicious breakfast spread was a highlight, definitely showcasing local specialties. The shower was fantastic too! Just wished the bathroom had a better setup for hanging towels, a little awkward in that department.
